My childhood was spent playing chasey (aussie slang for tag) around the pews of our local church in Adelaide, South Australia thanks to the strong convictions of my parents who believed in being active in the local community of faith. By the age of 13 I was involved in the youth band, playing just about anything I could get my hands on with enough passion to make up for skills, or lack thereof. Defining moments in my teenage years led me to the realisation that church had become a family for me when life was falling apart and worship was a constant safe place in the storm. I joined the tribe in Atlanta in 2014, more determined than ever to play a small part in the big picture of writing music that shifts atmospheres and speaks to hearts.
